Ordering Process
Our goal is to keep the ordering process simple and transparent for you. The process is as follows:
- After providing the relevant company data and selecting the payment method, you can submit the order.
- Once the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email along with payment instructions.
- For each partial order (per supplier), a separate VAT invoice will be issued, listing the individual items and the payment deadline.
- You can view your orders and their associated invoices at any time in your account.
Order Status and Issues
Missing or Delayed Order: Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from the receipt of payment, depending on the chosen delivery option. In case of a delay or longer delivery time, we will notify you promptly. If you believe your item has been lost or delayed, please contact us for further assistance.
Item Temporarily Out of Stock: If an item is temporarily out of stock but we expect to receive new stock within a reasonable time, we will hold your order and dispatch the item as soon as it becomes available.
Item Unavailable: In the event that an item becomes unavailable or is discontinued by the manufacturer, rendering us unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly. If we are unable to provide a suitable alternative or fulfill your order, we will issue an immediate refund if your payment has already been processed.
Payment Declined or Not Received: If we encounter any issues processing your payment, we will contact you to provide details and request that you update your card or bank information in your account as necessary.

Shipping
We offer various shipping options for each country, and the methods and costs are clearly indicated on all quotations. Our official logistics partners are DHL & FedEx, renowned for their extensive delivery networks and time-definite solutions to over 200+ countries and territories worldwide. For specific services available in your country, please visit the FedEx and DHL websites. On rare occasions, we may use alternative carriers for logistical or operational reasons.
For many of our suppliers, we offer express shipping as standard to minimize potential machine downtimes.
- Shipping time is usually 2-5 business days, depending especially on the timing of the order (or receipt of payment in case of prepayment).
- With timely ordering, you will often receive the goods the next working day by 12 noon.
- You will receive one shipment per supplier.
- The applicable shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed separately in the shopping cart.
Arrange Your Own Shipping
If you prefer to arrange your own shipping, you have the option to do so. However, please note that there may be a charge for packing and handling. To use your own shipping company, please contact our sales team with your account details and the desired service level, and we will assist you accordingly. It is important to highlight that we do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss or damage during transit if you choose your own carrier. It is your responsibility to resolve any issues directly with your shipping company.

Please be aware that any charges related to the import of goods into your country, such as local taxes and customs duties, are your responsibility. We do not accept responsibility or liability for these charges. It is crucial that you comply with the requirements and regulations of your country regarding customs fees.

Payment
We support the following payment methods:
Payment via Prepayment
After completing the order, you will receive payment instructions for each partial order via email. Once the amount for a partial order has been received in the corresponding bank account via SEPA transfer, the shipment of the respective goods will be initiat
Payment on Invoice
Shipment of the goods will be initiated immediately after completing the order. At the same time, you will receive payment instructions via email to settle the amounts for each partial order via SEPA transfer. Invoice purchases require the creation of a customer account and a positive credit check.
Payment via Credit Card
Payment is securely processed through our payment service provider upon completing the order. Shipment of the goods will be initiated immediately afterward, and you will receive a valid VAT invoice. We support all major credit card providers, including VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.
Payment via Paypal,Alipay,Wechat pay
After the order is completed, the payment will be processed through our Paypal, Alipay, Wechat pay. The goods will be shipped immediately.
